In a deeply relaxed state, one travels back through time to discover the roots of skills, relationships, problems, attitudes or other patterns that influence the present life. Some people have very vivid and emotional recall while others may have an intuitive knowing without a lot of emotion and imagery. You will “tap into” your own memories and understandings of who you are on a much deeper level and you are always in control of the session with me supporting you through the process at all times.
Past life regression therapy is a holistic therapy that works with the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is based on the principles of cause and effect, the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems are often based on a combination of current and past lives you have lived. As a skilled Past Life Counselor, I can guide you back in time to other lifetimes where you can discover why issues or problems you may be experiencing in the present are happening now. As you recall these unconscious memories deep healing can occur. Past life regression sessions are usually about 2-2.5 hours long.
I first interview you and ask about your present life. Together we look for recurring patterns that may create problems in your life and that will prompt your subconscious mind to lead you to the past life source of these issues. Then you create a focus or intention for the session. This is followed by guided meditation and deep relaxation which enables you to access important subconscious memories from this lifetime or another. The subconscious, in its infinite wisdom, will selectively reveal what is appropriate and healing for your current life situation. Some people see glimpses of several past lives; others may delve into one specific past life in more detail; another may discover important repressed memories from the current lifetime. As you become more comfortable with the process, you will discover that this information is valuable and contributes to your healing.
After completing the information of the Past Life we may go in the Between Life to ask more pertinent information to your Guides and Counsel on the other side. This is where you can explore more deeply what your "Soul Life Plan" has been and ask for more guidance and deeper healing when needed.

The re-enactment of the death moment often facilitates deep healing. Observing the death experience—and the peace that accompanies it often has great therapeutic value. It is enlightening and comforting to observe and sometimes feel the release of the soul from the body. Experiencing the peacefulness of the between life state often also releases current fear about how the transition from the physical body occurs.
Most people are able to experience theta brain wave states of wakeful relaxation that is necessary to recall past lives. Most clients succeed in their first session. Some may need more than one session experience fully past-life recall. Some relax more deeply than others and have a more vivid and detailed recall. Your body, mind, and spirit will guide you to proceed at your own pace. I will support and assist you but you are in your own healing journey. You are always in charge.
Some people feel very happy and peaceful; others may feel tired or even experience some minor discomfort or a headache related to the release of stored emotions. All of these reactions are normal and not harmful. It’s best to schedule your appointment at a time when you can take the time to rest and integrate the experience. Most people prefer to be alone afterwards to review their session. You may want to rest, take a relaxing walk, or write up any notes or reflections from the experience. You may continue to have past life recall after the session through dreams or intuitive insights that will give you even more detailed memory of that life. You will want to listen to your recording since some parts of the session you may not recall.
