Experienced in many aspects of Integrative Complementary Therapies as listed below, in addition to being a registered Nurse and Integrative Medicine Practitioner. She has studied with numerous teachers over the past 20 years. Since being originally trained with a scientific background in nursing, she loves to combine her medical and metaphysical based knowledge with her love for the Body, Mind and Spirit connection.

Julie specializes in Reiki Therapy and Reiki Training. She has seen over 8,000 clients and has been teaching Reiki to others since 2004. As a member of the OC Whole Family Wellness in Laguna Hills she has helped many clients and continues to teach Reiki in Ladera Ranch, CA as well. Julie found that Reiki can assist with anything from helping you to experience a state of deep relaxation, releasing energy within the body that may be causing physical discomfort and assisting to decrease the pain of mental/emotional distress. 

As a Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center of Reiki Training (ICRT), she completed their 4 year training program and teaches using their manuals and class outlines. The ICRT is one of the largest, most respected and professional Reiki organizations in the world and Julie is proud to be part of their organization.
